Who We Are
Send Me a Trainer is a newly launching mobile application connecting fitness professionals with clients looking for In-Home Personal Training. We are changing the way people think about fitness and making it more convenient than ever. Given the rapid growth of our trainer and client network, we are currently looking for multiple Client Onboarding Specialists to join our team for both full-time and part-time roles.

We have a Tech Startup atmosphere and are looking for entrepreneurial minded
candidates who want to get exposure to a unique tech opportunity in the DC area that offers tremendous growth potential. Job Description
The Client Onboarding Specialist role is to assist our clients (both trainers and users looking for trainers) in joining and using our new mobile application that will be launching soon. For trainers, you will support trainers through the onboarding process to create trainer profiles. For users looking for trainers, you will assist them in selecting the right training package and trainer and provide ongoing support as needed to ensure they are happy clients.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Call trainers and get them to download the app and complete their profile with us
  • Follow-up and qualify trainer prospects and verify profiles
  • Effectively track onboarding process of each trainer using our tracking systems
  • Provide sales support for users through phone, live chat, emails, etc. to assist them in signing up for a training package on our app and selecting their trainer
  • Deliver on productivity goals and meet monthly targets, exhibiting a strong “can-do” attitude
  • Provide ongoing feedback about the trainer onboarding and user sales process to improve it
  • Participate in projects that will continue to help the company innovate and drive the customer experience
  • Exhibit the passionate and hardworking attitude required in a startup environment
  • You have some combination of cold calling, retail, sales, client-facing, customer service experience, and/or interested in pursuing a career in sales
  • You’re an outstanding verbal and written communicator, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities
  • You’re comfortable learning and adapting to new technology
  • You are willing and enthusiastic about selling our product to potential trainers and users
  • You’re a patient teacher and have a passion for empowering others
  • You’re able to quickly and efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot - if you don’t know the answer, you know where to look and who to ask
  • You feel comfortable with role flexibility and are growth minded
  • You’re self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal oversight
